Don’t you want to be a witness of the greatness and grandeur of the largest Hindu temple complex in Bali? Yes, Pura Besakih which located on the slopes of Mount Agung, the highest mountain in Bali, will certainly embellish your memories of life.
After breakfast, we will start the trip with a visit to Kintamani, a place famous for its volcanic mountain and slanted caldera. Kintamani’s breezy fresh air and charming landscapes are the main reasons people kept falling in love. This place is also famous for its leading
producers of oranges; named Kintamani orange, we will visit its orange plantation to see lovely orange trees along the path. We will get some lunch at the Lake View Restaurant, where we can enjoy a fine scenery over its horizon while we are eating.
Next up, we will visit the famous Besakih Temple, ‘the mother of all temples’ in the slopes of Mt. Agung, Besakih Village. There are numerous temples placed within the Besakih Temple complex, which will be swarmed by many people on certain days, believing that the Gods and the ancestors are gathering inside to answer their prayers. We can always join them to pray for a blessing, just bear in mind that in sacred places like this, we have to dress modestly. At dinner, we will stop at the Massimo, Sanur area, to unearth a taste of Italy in Bali.
